Following the development of the Community Insight Profile in Wood Farm, funding from Oxfordshire County Council Public Health has been made available for local community projects which aim to encourage residents to improve health and the wider determinants of health in Wood Farm.
Community Insight Profile
There is £25,000 Community Insight profile grant funding to take forward activities based on the outcomes of the insight as detailed in the Wood Farm Community Insight Profile report.
We are working with the local Wood Farm Community Profile steering group and Health and Wellbeing Partnership (made up of local partners in the areas) to help us reach a decision on which projects will be funded. We will need to share summary information about your organisation and your application to enable us to do this.
Any sharing of information between organisations and partners will be purely for the purposes of consideration for the funding and your personal details will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (2018) and will not be used for marketing.

We are looking for ideas which help deliver improvements to the health and wellbeing of the local community in line with the outcomes from each of the Wood Farm Community Insight Profile.

How much is available?
The total amount of funding available for Wood Farm is is £25,000. Applications for funding are open until 12 September 2025.
We recommend applications of up to £3,000 per organisation per project. This is subject to change depending on the number of applications received and impact of proposed activities.
Considerations of grants over £3,000 will be given and we strongly encourage collaborative projects for this - if you wish to apply for a grant of more than £3,000 please speak to your Community Health Development Officer.
