Timeline of application process

  1. Application process opens on 3 November 2025
  2. Applications received by 15 December 2025
  3. Decision made on successful applications by 22 January 2026
  4. Decision notification by 31 January 2026
  5. Minimal Financial Assistance (MFA) assessment made and if required MFA notification to be sent out for signature and returned
  6. Due diligence checks carried out and evidence collected from applicant
  7. Grant agreement signed with applicant by 7 February 2026
  8. If required MFA confirmation letter sent
  9. Funds transferred to applicant by 28 February 2026
  10. Monitoring schedule set out and agreed
  11. Project begins
  12. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation returned to Community Health Development Officer as agreed
