Timeline of application process
- Application process opens on 3 November 2025
- Applications received by 15 December 2025
- Decision made on successful applications by 22 January 2026
- Decision notification by 31 January 2026
- Minimal Financial Assistance (MFA) assessment made and if required MFA notification to be sent out for signature and returned
- Due diligence checks carried out and evidence collected from applicant
- Grant agreement signed with applicant by 7 February 2026
- If required MFA confirmation letter sent
- Funds transferred to applicant by 28 February 2026
- Monitoring schedule set out and agreed
- Project begins
- Ongoing monitoring and evaluation returned to Community Health Development Officer as agreed
