  • Confirm your idea meets the requirements for funding
  • Discussion with Community Health Development Officer about your idea (if required)
  • Confirm you have read the community insight profile and recommendations for the area you are applying
  • Application form

Timeline of application process

  1. Application process opens
  2. Applications received and scored
  3. Decision made on successful applications and funding awarded
  4. Minimal Financial Assistance (MFA) assessment made and if required MFA notification to be sent out for signature and returned
  5. Due diligence checks carried out and evidence collected from applicant
  6. Grant agreement signed with applicant
  7. If required MFA confirmation letter sent
  8. Funds transferred to applicant
  9. Monitoring schedule set out and agreed
  10. Project begins
  11. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation returned to Community Health Development Officer as agreed
