Community Infrastructure Levy Charging Schedule Adoption Statement - July 2025

Planning Act 2008 Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2010 (as amended)

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Part 11, Section 213 of the Planning Act 2008 and Regulation 25 of the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2010 (as amended) that a Revised Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Charging Schedule was formally adopted by Oxford City Council on 14 July 2025.

The revised Charging Schedule will take effect from 15 August 2025, when it will replace Oxford City Councils Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Charging Schedule October 2013.

The Charging Schedule and supporting documents are available to view on the Community Infrstructure Levy pages of the Council’s website.

A hard copy of the Charging Schedule and this Adoption Statement have also been placed at Oxford Town Hall, St Aldate's, Oxford OX1 1BX.

The Council has given notice to those persons who requested to be notified of the approval of the charging schedule and has sent a copy of the adopted charging schedule to each of the relevant consenting authorities.
