"Oxpens car park will not reopen tomorrow (13/8) as planned. The hot weather has affected the car park’s surface, and reopening the facility would risk damaging people’s vehicles and footwear. The temperature is expected to fall on Sunday (14/8). We will inspect the car park early Monday morning (15/8) and, if it is safe to do so, we will look to reopen the facility then."
