We have experienced technical issues with our invoice system today where emails are automatically sending invoices to our customers.

Numerous emails have been sent and resent on a loop in error and we have now resolved the situation.

If you have received an email between midnight and 1pm on 15 July 2022 from Oxford City Council’s Incomes Team, please ignore this correspondence.
