Oxford City Council has published the Statement of Parties and Individual Candidates Nominated for the European Parliamentary Election in the South-east region.
The Statement is available on the European elections page.
The European Parliamentary Election is due to take place on 23 May.
Polling stations will be open from 7am to 10pm on 23 May. The results will be announced on 26 May.
Registered electors will receive a polling card in the post with details of their polling station.
UK nationals who are already registered do not need to register again. Citizens of European Union countries (other than the UK, Republic of Ireland, Malta and Cyprus) have been sent a form to complete and return by 7 May to choose to vote in the UK rather than their home country at these elections.
Those unable to vote at a polling station on the day can apply for a postal or proxy vote. A postal vote allows residents to post their vote to the Council in advance of the election. The deadline to apply for a postal vote is 5pm on 8 May.
A proxy vote nominates a specific person to vote on an elector’s behalf at their polling station. The deadline to apply for a proxy vote is 5pm on 15 May.
