The Betting and Gaming Licensing (Gambling Act 2005) has been in force since 1 September 2007. We accept applications for new Premises Licences under this Act.

The legislation requires us to review and republish our Statement of Gambling Licensing Policy every 3 years and includes any changes necessary as a result of new Government Guidance or any other requirements placed on the Authority.
