The Lord Mayor of Oxford, Councillor James Fry, is very keen to visit all aspects of the community during his term of office. Please use this form to request the Lord Mayor's attendance in person or virtually at your event or function. It is of mutual benefit that this document is completed fully and returned at least four weeks prior to your event. Attendance cannot be guaranteed to invitations submitted at short notice. Alternatively, you can download and complete the Lord Mayor Engagement Form and email it to civicoffice@oxford.gov.uk. In the instance that the Lord Mayor is unable to attend, your invitation will be forwarded on to the Deputy Lord Mayor. If the Deputy Lord Mayor is unable to attend, your invitation will be forwarded on to the Sheriff.
