Ready for summer? Fusion Lifestyle today announced that Hinksey Outdoor Pool is opening on 12 June after work to install a new pool liner completed completed late May.
The popular pool, run by Fusion Lifestyle on behalf of the city council, is a well-loved summer feature in Oxford. While some areas of the UK are seeing public pools closing due to costs, Oxford City Council has invested in £132,000 in a new liner at Hinksey, and last year installed a new heat pump, to secure the long-term future of the pool.
Online booking for sessions from June 12 onwards at Hinksey Outdoor Pool will be available from 6 June. Please book on the Fusion Lifestyle app or via the Fusion website
Season tickets can be purchased here from 6 June onwards.
Fusion Lifestyle, who run the pool, are currently recruiting permanent staff, including team leaders and lifeguard positions for the summer season at Hinksey, and nearby Fusion Leisure Centres - for more information please visit Fusion Lifestyle's website. Fusion Lifestyle is an Oxford Living Wage employer, with many roles paying above this level, as well as providing skills and training opportunities.
