The first occupants of two new apartment blocks in Littlemore, containing 25 affordable homes owned by GreenSquareAccord, will soon be moving in.
Working closely with Oxford City Council, GreenSquareAccord and developer Abbey Homes are providing 14 social rent homes and will make a further 11 homes available under a shared ownership scheme. The new homes will be a combination of one, two and three bed flats set in adjacent three-storey apartment blocks.

The shared ownership apartments, which are reserved for key workers employed in the city of Oxford, are open plan with pre-installed ovens and ensuite bathrooms.
Residents in the new blocks, located just off the A4074 on Mogridge Drive, will have an allocated parking space, will be a short walk away from a large supermarket and be close to a bus route with regular services to Oxford city centre.

The new development in Littlemore contains a number of features to promote sustainability including electric vehicle charging points, cycle storage and solar panels fitted to the roof.
