In order to provide improvements to the service we offer, our payment system is being upgraded.
To minimise disruption, the upgrade will take place on Sunday 4 September 2022 and will result in the system being unavailable between 11am and 2pm.
During this time, it will not be possible to make payments via our website or our automated telephone payment line. As the upgrade is taking place outside of our working hours, it will not be possible to make payments through calls with our staff either.
