The temporary Micro-Museum is now open from Monday to Saturday at 10am to 5pm. Our new exhibition Healing Spaces - Child Health in Oxford is also open.

The Town Hall is a short walk from Gloucester Green coach station and the Oxford Visitor Information Centre, and 10 minutes' walk from the train station.
The entrance to the Town Hall is on St Aldate's street and the Micro-Museum is in the Gallery. The Town Hall is a spectacular venue for events and hire. You can read about these on the Town Hall's own website here
The Museum of Oxford has free to access public WiFi. Simply connect to Oxford Free Wi-Fi, launch your browser and click the Connect button in the centre of the screen.
Many local buses stop on St Aldate's, for more information visit the Oxford Bus Company website.
As the Town Hall and Museum are based in the centre of Oxford, there are plenty of bike stands to lock you bike to. The front of the Town Hall has several iron rings and there are bike stands just outside Santander Bank, opposite the Town Hall.
The best way to visit the Museum and city if you do need to take the car is to use one of the Park and Ride services available. The Museum is a short walk from all central stops on these services. Visit our Park and Ride pages for more information.

The Town Hall has a ground level entrance located just off of the High Street, on the immediate left past Edinburgh Woollen Mill. Please press the door buzzer to gain access and turn right once inside the building.
