Redbridge Park and Ride

There is a dedicated area within Redbridge Park and Ride for high-sided vehicles.

Redbridge Park and Ride is located off the A34 from Abingdon, Didcot and Newbury.

This site is located to the south of the city. Link to map. Nearby postcode OX1 4XG.

The dedicated area can be accessed via the entrance opposite 'Go Outdoors', not via the main entrance.

Under the terms of the traffic order it is not permitted to eat, drink or sleep in any motor home parked on the site.

Oxpens car park

High-sided vehicles are permitted to park within Oxpens car park as long as the vehicle can fit within a marked bay. However, there is a height restriction at Oxpens car park. The entrance to the car park is 6'10" or 2.1m high.

Our other car parks

High-sided vehicles are permitted to park within all of our other car parks with the exception of Gloucester Green, as long as the vehicle can fit within a marked bay.

  • Seacourt Park and Ride has a height restriction of 2.2 metres (7ft 3 inches)
  • Pear Tree Park and Ride has a height restriction of 2.3 metres (7ft 6 inches)

Water Eaton Park and Ride

Tall vehicles can be parked at Water Eaton Park and Ride, but you will need to ask a security guard to open the barrier to allow you in. The gate can only be opened whilst the security patrols are on site. Visit the Oxfordshire County Council website for opening hours.
