Wolvercote Neighbourhood Forum Re-designation Public Consultation

The Wolvercote Neighbourhood Area and Forum was approved by Oxford City Council on the 22nd January 2014. The Forum as a ‘qualifying body’ lasts for 5 years and ceased on 22nd January 2019. A public consultation for the re-designation of the Forum and its Area is now subject to an application which will now take place for the statutory 6 week period from 29th January 2019 to 12th March 2019.

Wolvercote Neighbourhood Plan - Public Consultation

In accordance with Regulation 16 of the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations 2012 Wolvercote Neighbourhood Forum have submitted their Neighbourhood Development Plan to Oxford City Council, as the Local Planning Authority, to ‘publicise their Plan Proposal.’ The City Council have sought representations on the ‘Plan Proposal’ prepared by the Forum during a public consultation period running for 6 weeks from Tuesday 9th October to Tuesday 20th November 2018. The Plan has now been passed on to the appointed inspector for Examination. The representations recieved from this consultation can be found below:
