- private property
- a telephone box: contact BT payphones
- a post box: contact Royal Mail
- on a road sign or bollard: contact Oxfordshire County Council
- on a street light: contact Oxfordshire County Council
- on traffic lights: contact Oxfordshire County Council
- on a bridge: contact Oxfordshire County Council
