Oxford City Council election results - 6 May 2021

The count for the Oxford City Council elections took place on Saturday 8 May 2021 and the results are available on our Election results page.


There will be various elections in Oxford on 6 May 2021.

Please use the links above for further information on each election type and information on other issues, like registering to vote and absent (postal and proxy) voting.

Below is general information, that applies to all the polls on 6 May.

Polling Hours

Polling hours on Thursday 6 May 2021 will be from 7am until 10pm.

Polling Stations

Information about the location of polling stations (including a postcode polling station search facility) will be available, from early in April.

Polling Cards

Polling cards will be despatched on 1 April.

Please check your polling station location as it may have changed (due to the ward boundary changes) from the place you may be used to.

If you haven't received a polling card by 8 April this may indicate you are not registered at your currrent address. Please contact us to check on 01865 249811.

Counts and Results

The counts for the different elections will take place as follows and the results will be posted here as soon as they are available:

  • Oxford City Council - Saturday 8 May,
  • Oxfordshire County Council - Sunday 9 May
  • Parish and neighbourhood planning referendum - following the County Council count on Sunday 9 May
  • Police and Crime Commissioner - Monday 10 May.
