Development of land at Lanham Way - Public Consultation

Tell us your views on development of land at Lanham Way

Proposed site elevation for development at Lanham Way

Development of the Former Depot at Lanham Way, Littlemore (OX4 4QG)

Oxford needs homes. Our city is the least affordable in the country and there are currently 2,850 families on our waiting list for council housing.

Oxford City Council is proposing to purchase the land from Oxfordshire County Council and build 15 new affordable and social rent homes on this site. The homes intend to deliver a 70% carbon emission reduction from current building regulations. Principles of high-quality place making have been adopted and the proposals strengthen the historic route along Lanham Way.

Oxford City Council is committed to consulting, and welcomes your feedback, which will be considered carefully before we take the proposals forward.
