    Healing Spaces - Child Health in Oxford

    Our second community exhibition tells the history of children and young people’s health in Oxford, focusing on their experiences. See a traditional hospital ward, reimagined through artwork created by young people, and add your own ideas on the kinds of spaces that help us heal. Created in partnership with the Oxfordshire Hospital School, Oxfordshire Health Archives, and Oxford Hospitals Charity.

    This exhibition is within the Micro-Museum. Please note that this will be available Monday to Saturday during usual opening hours.

  • Mindful Museum - Healing Patterns

    Join us for some relaxed mindful drawing and colouring in of Museum-inspired patterns. All ages welcome. Drop in – you’re welcome to come in for a few minutes during your lunch break and take the sheet away to finish at home.

    Moments and Memories is the Museum’s service for older people, providing a range of activities. 

    Memory Lane - is a themed reminiscence sessions for older people. This event will include looking back at how the area of Barton has changed over the years and sharing memories of living in Barton.
