Dance and Academia: Moving the Boundaries

In its 10th year, Dancin’ Oxford’s’ Dance & Academia: Moving the Boundaries’ event will bring together movement practitioners, dance artists and academics in a number of different disciplines to address the provocative question "What is dance without an audience?" These seminars welcome anyone with an interest in movement and dance, and a willingness to engage in discussion and to think new thoughts!
£5 on the door (£1 off all subsequent talks after first visit)

Exhibition - Journeys to Oxford

A community exhibition celebrating the vibrant contributions made to the cultural life of Oxford by those who have travelled to the city to live, work, visit and study. Featuring photographs, objects, textiles, art, creative writing, sculpture, oral history and archival materials created and chosen by Oxford’s communities, this exhibition is an inspiring insight into the journeys made to Oxford by people from all over the world. The project has included partnerships with the Migration Museum Project, Oxford Hindu Temple Project, Refugee Resource, Oxford Polish Society, BKLUWO, Cowley Road Carnival, and Bayards Hill Primary School.
Please note that we are not open on Sundays.
