Who deals with parking permits?

Oxfordshire County Council is responsible for issuing Residents' and Visitors' Parking Permits in Oxford:

They will need to see your vehicle registration document (original only, no photocopies), plus proof of residency issued within the last 3 months by a bank, utility company or legal tenancy agreement.
