I am in business and wish to (tender) compete for contracts to supply Oxford Council with goods and services. Where can I obtain information outlining the process involved?

Up to a certain value (currently £75,000) Business Managers will often only seek quotes for contracts.  Above this sum, a formal tendering process is carried out. The requirements concerning tendering are set out in the  Councils Contract Procedure Rules, a copy of which can be obtained from the Head of Legal and Corporate Services, Oxford City Council, Blue Boar Street, Oxford OX1 4EY
