My neighbour has rats in their garden. Can you send pest control to them?

We will visit your property first so that you can show us your concerns. If your neighbour has rats the chances are that they will be coming onto your property too. If the pest control surveyor is satisfied there is a problem they will take the matter up with your neighbour and treat the rats. As the service is free this is normally not a problem. If your neighbour refuses to allow the council to help we have the power to make them get rid of the rats.
