FAQs

Can road works be carried out at night?

It is difficult to find an optimum time for carrying out road works without either causing noise disturbance or traffic congestion. A compromise is usually found, which may involve evening or night works. Normally the noisier work, such as concrete breaking would be carried out during the day or evening, with quieter work, such as resurfacing works being carried out at night.
