Can I still use the plastic green sacks?

Now that residents have been issued with the new heavy-duty garden waste bags, the green plastic sacks that some people had been using are no longer available.

Garden waste collected in the old plastic sacks was taken to landfill, and with the new scheme we want to be able to recycle and compost all the garden waste we collect.
