Why is my recycling box sometimes left in the road?

Our crews work hard to make sure your box is returned to where you left it, but sometimes boxes do end up in the wrong place.

This can often be for reasons beyond our control: if it is a very windy day, or if passers-by interfere with them, for example.

If you have ongoing problems, please contact us to let us know and we will do all we can to put the situation right.

If your box is lost, stolen or damaged, contact us for a free replacement.
