Can you deal with noise from pubs and clubs?

We have enforcement powers to deal with noise from these types of premises in the same way as any other noise nuisance complaint. Also, there are additional powers if the premises has a public entertainment license, whereby the premises has to comply with certain conditions, including noise conditions.
