Can I change the date of my Direct Debit?

Yes you can, simply email counciltax@oxford.gov.uk providing your Council Tax reference number (the one that starts with a six), and state the new date you would like your Direct Debit to be paid. This can be either the 1, 5, 15 or 25 of each month.
