How much do I pay towards the Service Charges in my block/ estate?

Leaseholders are charged quarterly (in advance) for their Service Charges.  These will be unique to each block, however, this is just an estimated amount.  The actual charges are calculated in August/September for the previous financial year.  When the calculations are worked out, a revised bill is sent to you and your Service Charge account is then adjusted accordingly.   Tenant's Service Charges are broken down on their Rent Account and are charged weekly, based on bills from the previous financial year.
