What responsibilities does the Council have to the leaseholder?

The Council is responsible for the structure of the building and the communal areas.  For example, the Council will have to:- maintain and repair the structure and exterior of the building and all communal areas, including decorations, consult with leaseholders over certain repairs and insure the building.
