Can the council help with ants infestation?

The Council will treat black and red ants' nests in domestic properties. There is a charge for this service. If you are on benefits you may be eligible for a discount.

There is a very small type of ant called the Pharaoh's ant and we will only treat infestations in Council houses. If you speak to the pest control service they will be able to give you advice on Pharaoh's ants.
