We are responsible for parking enforcement in Council owned car parks. The tariff boards at each of our car parks indicate the level of charge payable and the regulations governing each car park. Any infringement may result in an excess penalty of £100 being issued. These penalties must be paid within 28 days of issue. If payment is received within 14 days, a reduced amount of £50 will be accepted.
Oxfordshire County Council is responsible for parking enforcement in other parts of the city including on-street parking and controlled parking zones in residential areas.
Payment details are given on the back of the penalty notice.
If your parking ticket was issued by Oxford City Council, visit our Payments page to pay online using a credit or debit card.
Payment can also be made using a credit or debit card by telephoning the 24 hour automated line on 01865 252609 or you can send us a cheque in the post.
If your parking ticket was issued by Oxfordshire County Council, visit the Parking Tickets page of their website for full details on how to pay.
Appeals should be sent in writing as soon as practicable to the address given on the back of the penalty notice.
