Welcome to Oxford

What happens after you send a claim form?

When your claim form reaches us:

  • your original documents will be photocopied and returned to you by first class post
  • the claim form will be checked for all the necessary information or documents and we will write to you if we need more
  • when all the information and documents are received we will calculate your benefit
  • a letter will be sent to you (and your landlord, if we are paying them directly) telling you how much benefit you will get, how you will be paid and how often
