We aim to provide property conveyancers with an easily accessible guide to Local Authority Searches, including fees and details of other relevant organisations. We hope the information provided will answer some of the questions we are most often asked, which will save time and speed up the search process for you.
We have a statutory duty to maintain and update the Council's Local Land Charges register. This enables us to provide an efficient response to search requests. We also provide replies to the CON29(R) Required Enquiries of the Local Authority (2007 edition) and CON29(O) Optional Enquiries of the Local Authority (2007 edition) forms.
