Local Development Scheme

The Local Development Scheme (LDS) is one component of the Local Development Framework.

It provides the starting point for the local community to find out what our current planning policies are for Oxford.

It has a programme for the preparation of Local Development Documents (LDDs) to replace those policies over the next few years.

The City Council recently submitted its revised LDS to the Secretary of State. This document updates the previous LDS, and covers the period 2007-2010.

The LDS can be accessed via the above link or it can be viewed at Ramsay House reception and the Westgate library.
