Local Authority Search Fees

All cheques, postal orders and banker's drafts should be made payable to "Oxford City Council". Please ensure the correct fee is submitted with your application or it may result in a delay in processing your search:

We do not have a separate fee structure for commercial properties, nor do we charge an additional fee for expedited searches.  If a search request is considered urgent, please mark the application forms accordingly, giving a deadline date if appropriate, and we will endeavour to give it priority and return it within the relevant timescale.
