Balance of Dwellings Supplementary Planning Document

The Balance of Dwellings Supplementary Planning Document supports Policy HS.8 of the adopted Oxford Local Plan 2001-2016. It seeks to ensure that an appropriate mix of dwellings sizes will be provided in new developments.

The SPD was adopted at Council on 21 January 2008 and is a material consideration for planning applications. The SPD and supporting documents are available to download below.
