Annual Monitoring Report (AMR)

The Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) contains information to enable us to monitor land use information over the years to come.

The AMR contains information on:

• The performance of the City Council on the implementation of the Local Development Scheme
• The extent to which policies set out in Local Development Documents are being implemented. It assesses those policies in terms of government core indicators complemented by local and contextual indicators and applies an objectives, target approach to the analysis
• The 05/06 AMR also includes information on planning appeals and the implementation of the Statement of Community Involvement
