Public Access details

Public Access enables you to do the following activities online:

• view planning applications
• view decision notices from 1948, including attached conditions or reasons for refusal
• submit electronic comments on current applications
• view all comments made on applications from 7 Nov 2005
• view plans for applications from 1 Mar 2002
• view planning reports to Committee
  view appeal applications, statements and decisions
• view section 106 agreements
• view planning appeals
• view planning enforcement notices 
• submit applications online including attaching documents and making payments
• view electronic maps

Officers' reports to Committee, Agendas and minutes can be viewed in the Council meetings section of our website.

Please note that on the 'Important Dates' tab in Public Access you should disregard the 'Expiry Date for Neighbour Consultations'. The deadline date on which to comment on an application is the 'Overall Expiry Date'.
