Warneford and Park Hospital Site Planning Application Deferral

Following consideration of the above applications at North East Area Committee on 23rd January 2007, the applicants have requested that their proposals should be withdrawn from the agenda of Strategic Development Control Committee on 31st January 2007 to allow further discussions to take place with Planning Officers. This request has been agreed to and the above applications will not now be considered at the meeting of 31st January 2007, but will come to a future meeting instead.

The applications are as follows:

06/01540/OUT: Warneford Hospital, Site of Playing Field, Warneford Lane: Outline application (seeking means of access only) for 150 residential units of assisted housing.

06/01559/OUT: Warneford Meadow, Roosevelt Drive: Outline application (seeking means of access only) for student accommodation and / or key worker residential accommodation.

06/01560/OUT: Warneford Meadow, Roosevelt Drive: Outline application (seeking means of access only) for healthcare and / or medical research and / or administration and / or academic floorspace.

06/01561/OUT: Park Hospital, Old Road: Outline application (seeking means of access only) for student accommodation and / or key worker residential accommodation.
