Free fitness classes

 News Exercise Classes

New music and moves are coming to Body Pump, Body Attack and Body Balance classes across the city.

To celebrate the revamp of these popular classes Oxford City Council's Aspires Fitness team are holding FREE sessions for new and regular customers on:

Saturday 29 March at Temple Cowley Pools

  • Body Pump 10-11am

Sunday 30 March at Ferry Sports Centre

  • Body Attack 3.30 - 4.30pm
  • Body Pump 4.30 - 5.30pm
  • Body Balance 5.30 - 6.30pm

Body Attack is a simple, high intensity class combining sports training moves for cardiovascular fitness along with upper and lower body conditioning for strength. The ultimate calorie burner.

Body Pump is a non-impact, resistance training programme using barbells and adjustable weights. It is excellent for body conditioning and losing weight and it can help change your body shape.

Body Balance combines Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates and is a dynamic class that leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed.
