Students coming to Oxford for the new university year can get fit and take a break from the books at one of the City Council's leisure centres.

Full time students can get their hands on a Student Slice card, a great value and easy to use passports to sport, leisure and ice activities in Oxford.

For just £8.20 for the year (1 October 2008 - 30 September 2009), a Student Slice membership entitles students to reduced rates at a number of facilities across the city.

Great discounts include savings of £1.50 on swimming sessions and £2.70 on gym sessions. You can also try one of our great health and fitness classes, racket sports, ice-skating or relax with a sauna or steam session.

Visit our Slice Card page for full details.

You can grab a Slice at any of the Council's facilities listed below:

Barton Pool, Blackbird Leys Leisure Centre, Blackbird Leys Pool, Ferry Sports Centre, Hinksey Outdoor Pool (May-Sept), Oxford Ice Rink, Peers Sports Centre, Temple Cowley Pools.
