City Council Extends Bus Pass Issuing Hours

Oxford City Council is increasing its opening hours at its Customer Service Centre at St Aldate's so that people eligible for bus passes have more opportunity to collect them.

From Monday 14 April people eligible for bus passes will be able to phone to make an appointment from 3 to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9 to 12pm on Saturday. We will also continue to offer a drop-in service in the mornings. The phone number to call is 01865 252870.
