Health and fitness classes

Adult Swim Lessons

We offer adult swim lessons for both beginners and improvers.

Beginners - whether you're a complete novice, afraid of water or just wanting to gain some confidence in the pool. We can help.

Improvers - we also help competent swimmers improve their breathing and stroke technique.

• Mondays 6.30 - 7.30pm
• From only £44 per term

Squash & Badminton

• *3 courts available for 40 minute sessions
• #4 courts available for  55 minute sessions
• All courts are bookable up to 7 days in advance
• Free to Active, Aqua or Cool Slice card holders
