Boxatone - Tues 3rd June - 5.45-6.40pm
Step - Tuesday 3rd June - 7.05 - 7.55pm
Body Attack - Saturday 7th June - 1.30 - 2.30pm
Body Pump - Monday 9th June - 6.05 - 7.05pm

Please note the following changes to Learner Pool timetable:

Post Natal fitness classes

A great way for mums to return to exercise after their 6 week check up. Excercises will work on the areas of the body put under strain during pregnancy. Babies are welcome!
