Countryside ServiceThe Countryside service promotes nature conservation and enjoyment of the natural environment in and around Oxford.
A team of 4 rangers manages 900 acres of countryside in and around Oxford for you to enjoy, including:

We are focusing work where it will be most effective. Oxford Volunteer RangersOxford City Council Rangers are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help them care for the City's countryside. The Rangers meet regularly on Thursdays to carry out a wide range of tasks at nature reserves and parks in and around the City.
