Venue hire

With 14 rooms available for hire, we can provide accommodation to suit a wide variety of events such as:

  • concerts
  • conferences
  • meetings
  • social events
  • wedding ceremonies and receptions
  • art exhibitions or trade fairs

Prices for room hire are based on full or part hour usage Monday to Saturday 09.00 to midnight (the minimum reservation is 2 hours) and Sunday 10.00 to 16.00, except The Gallery.

Clients may be eligible for discounts on the prices and should ask at the time of booking for further details.

Sunday outside of normal hours and Bank Holiday use will be subject to negotiation and an increase of 25% on the prices shown. No discounts are offered for Sunday or Bank Holiday reservations.

Where a client's use of the premises would incur royalty fees payable by the City Council, these charges are passed on to the client.

Please note that rates for room hire are valid for 1 Apr 2008 to 31 Mar 2009, but may be subject to change without notice.
