We have over 90,000 trees within the City. If you have a query regarding a particular tree, please check that you are contacting the relevant person:

Are you a Council tenant?

If you are a council tenant, please call 0800 227676.

Is the tree privately owned?

If it is, please contact the land owner who will need to arrange for work to be carried out.

Is the tree located along a road?

If so please check if it is a County Council owned road. If the tree is located on one of the listed roads contact 01865 792422. If it is not on the list please contact us on 0800 0521455.
