Oxford City Council
Policy, performance and standardsOxford City Homes is committed to informing tenants and leaseholders of our current performance to highlight our strengths and to show what we are doing to improve on areas of weakness. We involve our tenants and leaseholders in our decision-making, so that services are tailored to the needs of tenants and leaseholders. Oxford City Homes has a range of policies and service standard documents that guide our services. Oxford City Homes has to report on National Indicators to central government as well as reporting locally on a variety of performance measures. By reporting our performance it ensures areas of weakness are highlighted quickly allowing action to be taken at the first opportunity to improve services. We benchmark our data against other housing organisations helping is to continually improve. Our performance can be seen in a variety of ways including a monthly performance poster, a tenant's newsletter, an annual report and quarterly reports to scrutiny committee.
