Important News for Landlords - New Gas Registration Scheme

A new gas safety scheme came into force on 1 April 2009. Visit the Gas Safe Register website for full details. You can also download the document below:

By 1 April 2009, all existing CORGI registered contractors should have transferred their registration to the new Gas Safe Register. The register is run by CAPITA and overseen by the Health and Safety Executive. No contractors are allowed to carry out any gas safety work unless they are registered on the Gas Safe Register.
