Tenant and Leaseholder Involvement is a two way process involving both tenants and leaseholders and the Council. By forming a partnership with Oxford City Council, tenants and leaseholders are able to exchange information and ideas, become involved in the planning and delivery of housing services, and play their part in decision making.
This Compact is about how Oxford City Council will involve you so that you can influence decisions we take that affect you, your home and your community.

Your Say Your Way helps Oxford City Homes Tenants and Leaseholders make their views heard within the Community and the Council.

Oxford Tenants' and Leaseholders' Panels are a direct way for you get involved and influence the decisions that we make. There are 6 Panels, all focusing on a different aspect of the service we provide.
Information on how to apply for the Environmental Improvements Budget and details of successful schemes completed so far.
The Oxford Tenants' Resource Centre is based on Horspath Road and is open to all of Oxford City Council's Tenants and Leaseholders.
Tenants' and Resident's Associations (TRAs) are currently active across Oxford, find out when the next meeting in your area is or request information on how to set up your own. TRAs are a great way to meet new people from your community and discuss how you can work together to improve things.
Oxford City Council and its Tenant and Leaseholder Involvement Team actively help tenants and leaseholders to get involved in their housing service.

The team offers ongoing funding, training and advice while the Tenancy Services Team can also offer resources and support.
